Our Colorado Pale Ale beer is an excellent example of the APA category, brewed with multiple malts and only American hops. It is definitely not your average beer – the original recipe by Josh West from Lone Tree Brewery in Denver Colorado takes a traditional American Pale Ale to the Alpine areas of the Rocky Mountains requiring an adjustment to the brewing due to the altitude and ambient air pressure. Unpasteurized and unfiltered and brewed with premium ingredients, the result is a fruitier aroma with citrus notes. The lighter amber color is characteristic of malts originally from Europe and the northern part of Colorado. The palate has a pleasant lingering bitterness and citrusy tones.

Our India Brown Ale originates from Brown Ale recipes of 17th century England, but the recipe comes from Josh West from Lone Tree Brewery in Denver Colorado. The “India” attribute is due to the process of higher hopping with American hops as well as dry hopping. This process was first used in the 18th century for production of ales for soldiers serving the British Crown in India. The higher hopping and alcohol preserved the beer during the challenging journey by ship, resulting in a well-aged product. Its lovely malty fullness is balanced with additional hopping according to a special recipe and takes place even during maturation. Unpasteurized and unfiltered and brewed with premium ingredients, you will detect a stronger citrusy aroma which slowly turns to bitter caramel with subtle chocolate notes.

Irish Red Ale (Style: Irisch Red originál)

Our Irish Red Ale is a disputed beer. Some argue that Red Ales are related to English Bitter ales, others stubbornly defend its Irish ancestry and consider it to be a classic in its own right such as stout or lager. Whatever the ancestry, we have decided to brew it and leave this centuries old discussion to you, though we can all agree that it is clearly the British Isles. Taking inspiration from older recipes, we have developed our own original recipe with Master brewer Robert Franěk, elevating our IRA to craft beer status. Unpasteurized and unfiltered and brewed with premium ingredients, you can expect citrusy notes from the dry hopping and a distinctive taste and aroma with gentle notes of daisies.
